A record should be kept of any pest sightings, including those made by personnel other those involved in pest management. This can be in the form of book or a folder where the following information can be Logged :

  • Name of person making the report
  • Date and time
  • Location
  • Pest seen
  • Any other relevant information
 
Pest Control Report
 

A typical pest control report will contain the following info :

  • Treatment date
  • Details of MAXPRO pest Control Services & the name of the qualified technician servicing the site
  • Type of visit : scheduled, F/U, callout etc
  • Detail of customer & name of contact person
  • Pests found
  • Post treatment precautions
  • Action taken
  • Recommendations on proofing, hygiene & storage
  • Pesticide used
  • Location of Baits & Monitors
  • Quantities Used
  • Details of follow-up inspections
  • Risk Assessment
 

In addition, MAXPRO will provide analyses & trends for each bait or monitor. Where anti-coagulant rodenticides are used, we will provide additional records to our clients comprising of :

  • A site plan identifying areas where numbered baits have been laid
  • Details of active ingredients, formulation & quantities used
  • Inspection reports, which demonstrate the treatment frequency to check & replace baits and to search for and remove dead rodents bodies, where appropriate
  • Reports of any effect on non-target species and action taken to reduce risk
  • Reports of any interference or removal of baits
  • Reports on conditions, which may adversely affect treatment and remedial actions
  • Evidence that control has been achieved within the time scale
